In July 2017, Chuy and Vanessa Esparza established and opened the doors to Santiago’s Tex-Mex and Cantina restaurant. It has since attracted hundreds of new customers, and because the food is prepared fresh every day, with locally grown produce, it’s no wonder that customers keep coming back.

This is my new favorite!! Sooooo much better than these high prices places. We will definitely bi coming back here. And the Mexican Martinis come in a shaker so that are more stars:) New location opening in Round Rock Outlets.
This is our first time ordering curbside, we like to eat there, but with the Covid19 we placed a to go order, Chile relleno con queso and a Diablo chicken, delicious we got the chips and salsa a big plus. We really like this place and the staff always friendly. Kudos for you guys. Thank you!
We've kept coming back to this place for dinner almost every weekend for the past few months. All the dishes we tried were flavorful and delicious! We'd been searching for good Mexian/Texmex restaurant for the past few years, but our quest may have ended here....!
Tried this restaurant for the first time yesterday after work. I was pleasantly surprised! The chips and salsa were great, the top shelf margarita was STRONG, and the food was delicious! I will definitely be going back many times!
